In-sale service

All the batteries sold will be delivered to the designated destination according to the customer's requirements, so as to maximize the recognition of the customer.

After-sales service

1. After the battery is sold, it can provide a thorough inspection (UKI series) at least once a year, and report the battery usage to the customer, so that the customer can use it with confidence. .

2. When a customer complaint occurs, a solution will be provided within - -hours. Including on-site recovery plan and return processing plan, until the customer is satisfied. The aim is to minimize the hassle of customers.

3. Under normal circumstances, the returned battery will issue a test report within  arrival. It is indeed our company's reason, and our company is responsible; if it is not our battery's reason, we will issue a corresponding report to guide the use of customers.
